1.Set Up Your Own Workspace

One of the better ways to separate your personal and work lives is to keep them physically separated. If you're working out of your bedroom, it's hard to stay focused when the bed is only a couple of feet away. When you're not working, stay away from your workspace to keep the mental barrier. 

2. Keep The Blood Flowing

When you're working out of an office, you usually can get up and move around. You have to move to the break room, walk to different departments, or walk from your car to the parking lot. However, when you're working from home, the most walking you'll make moves from the bed to your workspace. It's essential for your mental and physical health, to keep the blood flowing by moving around at least once every thirty minutes.

3. Don’t Forget To Eat

When you think if working from home, you have access to your own "break room" fridge whenever you want. However, with personal and work lives mixing into one day, it might be hard to find time to eat. This brings us to the next point.

4. Create A Schedule

Many thought they could just wing a new lifestyle of working in the same place they relax and rest their heads. Unfortunately, without a schedule, a day can completely break down with very little work getting done.
