Frequently asked questions 

Pre-orders:

Items marked as pre-order will be shipped according to the expected dispatch dates listed. We endeavour to adhere to these dates to the best of our ability however the dates are subject to change if unexpected lead times should occur. If you are placing a single order that includes items both on pre-order and in stock items, all items will be sent together when the pre-ordered items are ready to ship.

If your pre-order is not received in a timely matter, We’ll refund any sales that don’t reach you in time that are on a pre-order basis.

Shipping:

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it, excluding weekends and public holidays.  During peak shopping periods (such as Christmas), you may need to allow up to 3 business days for the processing and dispatch of your order.

Australia wide shipping: Sleep Envy ships Australia wide with Australia Post. Please note we are not responsible for any delays in shipping or loss of parcels once they are dispatched.  

We offer free standard shipping on orders over the value of $75.00 (5-7 business days) or express shipping (3-5 business days in metro areas) Australia wide from $13.95. 

International shipping: We offer standard and express shipping for our international customers. Free standard international shipping for all purchases over $150.00 AUD.

All prices are in Australian dollars. The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur.
